Determination of Anions and Cations in Dialysate by Ion Chro

Dialysis solution is a class containing a variety of ionic and non-ionic substances in the solution, with a certain osmotic pressure for rectal, abdominal or in vitro dialysis. The concentration of various components in the dialysate is not static and can be adjusted according to the plasma electrolyte level and clinical manifestation of the patient during dialysis. The main ingredients are potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, chlorine, acetate and bicarbonate, glucose. This experiment is the detection of two different dialysis solution, respectively, A1, A2. After pretreatment, the sample was diluted 2000 times, 5000 times, 50,000 times.
